The quality of your 3D and 4D baby scan images are determined by the baby's position, amount of amniotic fluid around the baby (the more the better) and the amount of maternal tissue.
If the baby is lying in a difficult position a satisfactory 3D and 4D ultrasound scan may be difficult. We will ask you to take a short walk and try again in a few minutes.
If this baby still won't cooperate, we'll offer a second appointment free of charge.
BabyScanStudio Ashford Ltd. scans are not a replacement for your NHS provided scan.
For optimal 3D scan images and 4D scan movie the best time to arrange a visit is between 24 and 32 weeks.
For clarification, 3D scan images refers to still images which are provided on a CD Rom and photographs and 4D scans refers to the real time moving image of the baby.
Package prices are as advertised and cannot be discounted.
You may add additional items to your package at the individual item cost.
You may not remove items from a package that you do not desire in order to create
a lower priced package.
Advertised prices are subject to change without notice.
Your deposit will be refunded as a subtraction from your account on the day of the scan.
All bookings must be paid for on the day of your appointment.
You must tell us at least 48 hours before your booking if you wish to cancel otherwise we will retain your deposit to cover our costs.
Duty of Care
Our staff are trained in all aspects of fetal ultrasound and in the very unlikely event of
finding a problem we will explain as fully as we are able and will speak to your Doctor
or Midwife on your behalf.
Insurance
We carry full comprehensive insurance.
